Simon Lapierre

Mr. Lapierre is a non-executive director of Cripps Foundation as well as some of its subsidiaries. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.

Since 2002, Mr. Lapierre has been President and CFO of Lepercq Corporation Management Ltd., where he oversees the back office operations to Investment Management, Fund Administration and Corporate Services offered to long-term relationships of the Firm. Prior to joining Lepercq Corporation Management Ltd., Mr. Lapierre was a member of the audit staff of the Public Accounting Firm Arthur Andersen from 1989 through 2002. In this capacity, he performed and supervised audits with a focus on Investment Funds and Investment Management Companies.

Mr. Lapierre is a CPA and CFA. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Universite de Montreal Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
