Thomas J.D. Cripps

After serving as a Director for five years, Mr. Thomas J.D. Cripps became Chairman of the Cripps Foundation in 2015. He is responsible for the Foundation’s strategy, working with the executive management primarily on gifting policy and relationship management.


In 2011, Mr. Cripps founded Footyboots, LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm where he oversees due diligence, project management, and reporting. In 2012, he also founded and still manages ET Capital Partners, a venture capital firm focusing on consumer products and urban agriculture. Prior to this Mr. Cripps held positions in finance and business development in both startups and private equity.


Mr. Cripps graduated cum laude from the Zicklin School of Business Full-Time Honors MBA Program at Baruch College in 2009, and has an undergraduate degree from RMIT in Professional Communications.
